Facilities Manager - Central LondonSalary: Up to £50,000 plus travel cardWe are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of mainly multi-tenanted office properties across Central London. This is a hands-on client-side FM role, focused on ensuring buildings are well run, compliant and maintained to a high standard.Based from an office in the West End, you will split your time between the office, visiting your properties and working from home. The role will suit someone with strong hard and soft services contractor management experience, good building compliance knowledge and the confidence to work closely with property managers, surveyors, tenants and suppliers.Key responsibilities will include: Managing hard and soft FM contractors across a Central London office portfolioEnsuring buildings remain compliant with health, safety, fire, water hygiene, asbestos and statutory requirementsCarrying out regular site inspections, identifying risks and following through remedial actionsMonitoring service delivery, contractor performance, KPIs and SLAsMaintaining accurate compliance records, logbooks, certificates and risk management updatesSupporting budgets, purchase orders, invoice queries and planned maintenance requirementsBuilding strong relationships with property managers, tenants, clients and service partners About you: Facilities management experience within commercial buildings, ideally multi-let officesStrong contractor management experience ..... full job details .....
