The Role You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing statutory compliance programmes across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with legislation. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple FM contracts across a varied property portfolio. Planning and scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and statutory inspections. Coordinating specialist contractors and engineers across multiple compliance disciplines. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving any issues. Managing contractor performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved. Reviewing certification and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurately maintained. Prioritising reactive works while ensuring planned programmes remain on schedule. Working closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all contracts.
