Your role could involve helping at the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. You will also:Help our customers and put them at ease; listen to their needs, answer questions, provide advice on our products, recommend items, or offer a shopping basket — the little things make a big difference.Promote our in-store offers and schemes to provide the best experience for our customers.Ensure the store runs smoothly by displaying products correctly, providing excellent service, and replenishing stock from deliveries.Work with team members to maintain a clean, presentable store that everyone can be proud of.Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.What you’ll need to haveFull training is provided.
