This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified mechanical engineer to develop their career within a prestigious commercial environment, working as part of a highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining essential building services and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and building services systems. Fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical systems and associated plant. Carry out maintenance on HVAC, heating, ventilation, pumps and associated mechanical equipment. Complete permits to work, logbooks and compliance documentation. Monitor plant performance and respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms. Support and monitor subcontractors and specialist service providers on site. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, site procedures and client requirements.
