This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer to develop their career within a prestigious commercial environment, working as part of a highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining essential building services and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems. Fault find, diagnose and repair electrical systems and associated plant. Complete permits to work, logbooks and compliance documentation. Support and monitor subcontractors and specialist service providers on site. Monitor plant performance and respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, site procedures and client requirements. Respond effectively to electrical faults and building services issues as part of the shift engineering team. Maintain accurate records of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
