Site Manager - Retail New Build Project Location: Northampton Rate: £270 per day Duration: 18 Weeks Start Date: 2nd November Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a retail new build project in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager with experience delivering retail, commercial, industrial, or fast-track construction projects from groundworks through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently. Maintain programme targets and monitor project progress. Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections. Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage site documentation, daily reports, and quality inspections. Ensure works are completed to the required specification and standard.
