Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations on a tunnels and shafts scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
• Coordinate tunnelling, shaft construction, and civil engineering works.
• Monitor progress and ensure programme deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Report progress and site issues to project management.

Requirements

• Proven experience on tunnelling, shafts, or major civil engineering projects.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• Valid Gold or Black CSCS card.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
