Document Controller (Procore)
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team working for a main contractor on construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient distribution across the project team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Procore and previous experience working within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all project documentation using Procore. Ensure documents are correctly filed, version controlled, and distributed to relevant stakeholders. Upload and manage drawings, RFIs, technical documents, reports, and correspondence. Maintain the document control register and ensure all records are up to date. Monitor and track document revisions and approvals. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams to ensure timely document flow. Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and project protocols. Assist the project team with information management and reporting. Support the project managers and site team with administrative and documentation tasks when required. Requirements Previous experience working as a Document Controller within construction. Experience working for a main contractor is highly desirable. Strong working knowledge of Procore is essential. Excellent organisation
