The Data Co-ordinator manages data and systems for early careers and apprenticeship programs. Responsibilities include running the Learner Management System (LMS), tracking Individual Learner Records (ILRs) to secure government funding, and keeping records compliant with Ofsted and ESFA standards. The role also handles apprentice registrations, partner college paperwork, and administrative support, requiring strong organizational skills, IT proficiency, and clear communication. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to: Maintain and update the Learner Management System (LMS) with accurate student records. Send monthly data updates to service providers to ensure Individual Learner Records (ILRs) are correctly submitted. Ensure all data handling complies with official rules set by Ofsted, the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), and awarding bodies.
