The Role: In this role, your responsibilities will include: Leading advisory assignments, such as company reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, share scheme advice, and venture capital schemes. Managing and mentoring junior team members on large client projects and contributing to the development of technical knowledge across the wider team. Acting as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients and other advisors. Collaborating closely with directors on business development activities, identifying opportunities to support existing clients and attract new business.
