The Role: Handling prosecutions related to fare evasion and taxi/private hire trade.Drafting and reviewing witness statements, managing disclosure, and corresponding with litigants or their representatives.Acting as the decision-maker on legal matters, including liaising with counsel (barristers).Occasionally providing regulatory and compliance advice.
