The firm boast a number of different Legal 500 departments operating out of their London office, with the Corporate MandA team being one of them.The RoleMy client is seeking a 5PQE+ Corporate Solicitor with a background working at similar level firms in London. Candidates must have a wealth of experience working on a broad range of corporate matters, including private MandAs, PE, and capital markets. The London Corporate Team consists of around 30 Solicitors including 13 Partners, and works on behalf of a range of clients in sectors such as media, tech, resources, healthcare, etc. They also work in collaboration with teams in other offices, working on cross-border matters.Key Responsibilities:Supporting and leading on a range of MandAs, PE backed deals, IPOs, and Shareholder agreements.Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to Corporate matters.Drafting and negotiating legal documentsConduct legal research and analyse case law to support corporate strategies.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas and offices to deliver comprehensive legal services.Contribute to business deve
