This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker or existing Team Leader looking to progress within a supportive organisation offering clear development opportunities into Deputy Manager roles. The Role You will support the day-to-day running of the service, lead shifts, supervise staff, and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
