This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage a small, multi-skilled engineering team while remaining actively involved in engineering and maintenance activities across the site. The successful candidate will have a strong multi-skilled engineering background, ideally gained within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, together with previous experience leading or supervising engineers. The Role Reporting to the Engineering Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of multi-disciplined engineers and ensuring effective maintenance support across the operation. You will take a proactive approach to engineering, helping to maximise plant availability, improve OEE and ensure planned maintenance activities are completed to a high standard.
