Operations Manager - Planned Maintenance Location: High Wycombe - HybridSalary: £80K - £100K + Benefits We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit an Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of multiple contracts, ensuring excellent performance across programme, commercial results, quality, health and safety and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. You must have delivered these types of projects for a leading social housing refurbishment contractor and be able to use MS Project to be considered.
