Are you an experienced Plumbing & Heating Supervisor looking to move away from the tools into a predominantly management-focused position, overseeing multiple new-build residential developments with excellent long-term progression opportunities?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing plumbing, heating and renewable energy company offering a highly competitive salary, local projects and the chance to progress into Contracts Management and senior leadership positions.

The company specialises in plumbing, domestic heating and renewable energy installations across new-build residential developments. With a growing portfolio of projects, they are looking for an experienced Supervisor to take responsibility for quality, labour and materials across multiple sites, with further training available on air source heat pumps and renewable heating technologies.

In this role, you will oversee 4-6 residential developments, managing up to 20 operatives across your sites. This is a 95% off-the-tools position, focusing on site coordination, quality control, material management and client liaison, rather than carrying out installations yourself.

The Role:

• Supervising plumbing and heating installations across 4-6 new-build residential developments
• Managing up to 20 operatives across multiple sites
• 95% off the tools, focusing on quality, labour and material management
• Coordinating site activities, scheduling labour and ordering materials
• Liaising with site managers, clients and internal management teams
• Overseeing domestic heating, hot and cold water, soil and waste installations
• Working on projects incorporating air source heat pumps and renewable technologies
• Local site-based role with ongoing training and progression opportunities

The Person:

• Experienced Plumbing & Heating Supervisor / Site Supervisor
• Background in new-build residential plumbing and domestic heating installations
• Ideally 5+ years'' industry experience and 2-3+ years in a supervisory position
• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating preferred (Level 2 with Gas qualifications considered)
• Relevant Gas qualifications and Unvented Hot Water experience
• SMSTS qualification preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Looking for a predominantly off-the-tools management position
