Are you an NVQ Level 3 qualified Plumbing and Heating Engineer looking to develop your skills within the renewable energy industry, working on Air Source Heat Pumps and other low-carbon heating technologies?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing renewable energy specialist offering full technical training, long-term career progression and the opportunity to work across a wide range of renewable heating systems.

The company has over 25 years of experience delivering renewable energy solutions across residential, commercial and public sector properties. They are continuing to expand their engineering team and invest heavily in developing engineers within the growing renewable heating sector.

In this varied field-based role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and fault finding on renewable heating and hot water systems. Full training is available across technologies including Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, HIUs and associated systems.

The Role:

• Installing, servicing and maintaining renewable heating systems
• Working on ASHPs, GSHPs, HIUs, unvented cylinders and thermal stores
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
• Completing system upgrades, repairs and replacement works
• Working across residential, commercial and educational properties
• Full training on renewable heating technologies
• 38-hour working week with overtime opportunities

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating essential
• G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification essential
• Strong plumbing and heating installation, maintenance or fault-finding experience
• Experience with Heat Pumps or renewable heating desirable but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check
