Robert Half is working with an established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the team in Swansea. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad and hands-on role with responsibility for the day-to-day finance function, financial reporting, team leadership, and supporting operational decision-making across the business. This opportunity would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and wants to play a key role within a growing manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the day-to-day finance function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end processes. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage accruals, prepayments, VAT returns, and other statutory reporting requirements. Oversee stock valuations Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Partner with departments and provide financial support and analysis. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and systems. Requirements: Previous experience in a Finance Manager similar role. AAT qualification or equivalent. ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification (or studying towards) would be advantageous.
