The Role: The HR Advisor provides professional, pragmatic, and customer-focused HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation. The role is responsible for delivering operational HR services, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies, and supporting people initiatives that contribute to organisational performance and employee engagement. What You ll Do: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from managers and employees Provide consistent, accurate, and timely HR advice in line with organisational policies and procedures.
