Rail Project Manager (Systems)

Location - Belfast (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the delivery of multidisciplinary rail projects
• Manage resources, budgets, programme, safety and client relationships
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of rail projects, coordinating project teams and subcontractors
• Plan and secure the resources needed for delivery, including labour, materials, plant and engineering support
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and governance requirements, including sustainability and carbon reduction commitments
• Support business growth and innovation and contribute to tender activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering background within Rail Systems Engineering (ideally)
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary rail projects (desireable)
• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a Project Management or Engineering Management role
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, programmes and stakeholders
• Qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline
• NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation (ideally)
