  We are looking for an experienced and organised Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team on a part-time maternity cover contract.

  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who is seeking a role that offers flexibility.

  Working closely with the finance team, you''ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting function and ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

  
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Carrying out bank reconciliations
  • Processing payments and receipts
  • General data entry and accounts administration
  • Assisting with month-end processes
  • Handling finance-related queries from suppliers and customers
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team
