Duties will include: Managing accounts payable and maintaining accurate financial records Raising purchase orders and processing purchase and supplier invoices Carrying out bank and supplier account reconciliations Investigating and resolving account discrepancies Supporting month end and year-end reporting processes Preparing and processing payment runs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors regarding payment queries Maintaining organised and audit-ready financial documentation Verifying employee timesheets against clock-in records Supporting payroll administration and payment processing Assisting with general finance and accounting duties as required The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger, or Finance Assistant role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent organisational skills A proactive and positive approach to work Able to work effectively as part of a team ..... full job details .....
