Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerManufacturing EngineerIndustry Energy and Aerospace Location: Redditch Salary: Up to £55k Job Type: Full Time, Permanent The Role Manufacturing EngineerReporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the industrialisation of manufacturing processes, introducing new equipment, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring production systems deliver products safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Working closely with manufacturing, quality and engineering teams, you will play a key role in process development, capacity planning, lean manufacturing activities, and the successful delivery of production engineering projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
