The role combines new product introduction with hands-on process improvement, giving you the opportunity to work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Programme teams.As a Manufacturing Engineer, you''ll help take products and processes from engineering into repeatable manufacture. You''ll support manufacturing readiness, develop and improve processes, create manufacturing instructions and PFMEAs, and use DFM principles to make products easier, safer and more efficient to manufacture.You will also lead continuous improvement activity across established manufacturing processes, using Lean techniques including 5S, line balancing, flow and standard operations to improve quality, cost and productivity.
