Systems Delivery Lead - 6 months initially - Inside IR35 - Central London (Hybrid)We''re seeking an experienced Systems Delivery Lead to join a large-scale separation programme. The successful candidate will oversee the transition of an existing datacentre environment, leading the separation of shared components while driving modernisation, remediation, capacity expansion, and cloud migration initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and drive all programmes within the Systems Engineering team supporting datacentre operations and transformation (datacentres, compute, hypervisor, operating systems, and storage).Coordinate and align multiple technical teams across different geographies, ensuring delivery against programme milestones.Monitor programme progress, proactively manage risks, and implement mitigations to keep delivery on track.Act as the key point of contact between engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership.What You Will Ideally Bring:Strong experience managing systems engineering projects across datacentre, compute, hypervisor, O/S, and storage environments.Technical background in one or more of the above domains.Proven experience driving multi-geography teams with competing priorities.Excellent risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Duration: 6 months (View for Extension)Day Rate: Up to £500 per day (Inside IR35)Location: Hybird (London -Spitalfields)Start Date: ASAPSeniority level
