Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Call Centre)Location: Whitley, Coventry / Hybrid working (see info below)Rate: £23.75ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £17.80ph PAYEEmployment Type: Contract (Initial sign off - 6 Months)Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per WeekThis position offers hybrid working following an induction and settling in period. This period is to be determined by the business and is subject to change, so during the 3 / 4 weeks of training and any additional time after that, the employees will need to be on site 5 days a week at our Whitley site. After this has passed and as a business and trainer decision, this will likely look like a 2 day office based requirement, usually a Tuesday and Wednesday with the remaining days being work from home days.Duties
General Customer Service includes post-sale technical and/or non-technical customer service and support across multiple sub-families for business and/or end-consumer customers which includes Remote Customer Service and providing customer service and support via phone, online chat or text.This includes, Call centre-based customer support in response to a high-volume of low complexity inquiries.Customer issues analysis and resolution (typically performed in an office environment) in response to a lower volume of higher complexity inquiries.Distribution Centre Customer Service which is performed in a distribution centre, product returns/repair centre, or field walk-in customer service facility.The candidate will acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.Providing technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service centre Incumbents matching to this specialization are not compensated based on achievement of sales targets.Responsibilities typically include
