What You Will Do

Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text, addressing both technical and non-technical inquiries.

Analyse and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.

Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Handle customer interactions in a distribution centre or walk-in service facility, offering technical and non-technical support.

Work independently with general supervision, tackling challenging problems and delivering effective solutions.

Influence and support team members within the job area by sharing insights and best practices.

What You Will Bring

Experience providing call centre-based customer support in response to a high volume of inquiries.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across multiple channels.
