Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Legal Executive An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its specialist claimant team. Your role will involve managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters, meeting clients and witnesses, attending court hearings, liaising with barristers and medical experts, drafting legal documents, valuing claims and negotiating settlements.
