We are looking for an experienced barristers'' clerk, ideally experienced in clerking Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases, to join our Manchester-based clerking team in this role. While based in Manchester, you will support our civil practice barristers across our other locations, working with colleagues in our clerking teams to ensure the delivery of a smooth and comprehensive clerking service to all practitioners in the team and their clients. At this level we are looking for clerks with a good foundation of knowledge and competence in the main aspects of barristers'' diary management and fee negotiation, ideally but not essentially in this area of law.
