£26.5k-£32k | Hybrid | Full-time | LeatherheadOur client are currently looking for a Customer Support andamp; Systems Specialist, combining hands-on tech skills with customer support.You''ll be the first point of contact for support queries, while also managing and improving key systems like WooCommerce, WordPress, HubSpot, and Xero. From troubleshooting customer issues to maintaining CRM accuracy and website updates, you''ll be central to keeping everything running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who has experience with 1st line support and wants to expand their knowledge within some web development/website management/CRM management.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via HubSpot (tickets, email, chat)Troubleshoot login/data issues and guide users through systemsMaintain and update WooCommerce/WordPress siteImprove automations and platform integrations (eg Zapier, APIs)Identify and fix workflow inefficiencies across teamsRequirementsExperience in customer or tech supportConfident using WooCommerce, WordPress, and HubSpotStrong IT skills and troubleshooting abilityDetail-focused with clear communicationDesirablesBasic HTML/CSS, API knowledgeGlobal E-commerce or multi-currency experienceFamiliarity with Zapier/Make
