Our client, a leading distributor of branded cycle components, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Customer Sales Advisor to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who lives and breathes cycling, has a strong technical understanding of bicycles and enjoys sharing their expertise with others. Whether it''s road bikes, mountain bikes, components or the latest cycling technology, you''ll be confident talking all things bikes and helping customers (retailers) find the right products for their needs. Reporting to the Head of Customer Services, the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience, combining their technical knowledge with a proactive approach to sales and customer support. The Role No two days will be quite the same. You''ll be dealing directly with customers, providing expert product advice, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring they receive the support they need.
