The client is open to considering trainees who have the right attitude, communication skills and a genuine interest in property.The Role:Welcoming prospective purchasers to the development and providing an excellent customer experience.Conducting viewings and showcasing available properties.Building relationships with potential buyers and understanding their requirements.Managing enquiries and following up with prospective purchasers to maximise sales opportunities.Guiding customers through the purchasing process, from initial enquiry through to reservation.Maintaining accurate customer records and keeping sales information up to date.Working towards sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the development.The Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in new homes sales or residential property sales would be advantageous.Alternatively, candidates with previous sales experience in another sector will be considered for a trainee position.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A confident, professional and approachable manner.A proactive attitude with the motivation to achieve sales targets.Good organisational skills ..... full job details .....
