Special Needs Teahcer (SEN)
We are recruiting SEN Teachers for long and permanent roles starting January 2026 across London and surrounding areas. Opportunities are available in a variety of SEN schools, including PRUs, SEMH provisions, ASD specialist schools, and alternative provisions. The Role: Deliver high teaching tailored to pupils with a range of special educational needs.Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning and behavioural needs.Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and multi teams to ensure holistic provision.Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to promote inclusion and progress.Contribute to safeguarding, behaviour management, and the wider school community.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in SEN settings (PRU, SEMH, ASD, MLD, SLD, or alternative provision).Strong classroom management and ability to engage hard learners.Knowledge of trauma and inclusive practices.Passion for supporting vulnerable young people to achieve their potential.Long and permanent roles available from January 2026.
