Due to continued growth and new project demand, we are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with experience in both milling and turning to join our client dynamic team based in Basildon. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce high-precision components. Read and interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances. Perform quality checks using appropriate measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, gauges). Carry out routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean working environment. Work closely with the production and engineering teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience operating CNC milling and turning machines (minimum 2 years preferred). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexible, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
