Your new role We''re looking for a proactive 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst to deliver fast, friendly, and effective technical support across the organisation. In this contract role, you''ll act as the first point of contact for IT issues, helping users with troubleshooting, system access, hardware and software support, and incident logging. You''ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while maintaining high standards of customer service, security awareness, and accurate documentation.
