My client is looking for a commercially-minded Sales Manager to own and grow their on-trade footprint across the UK! Having quadrupled revenue month-on-month since launch, this brand is entering it''s next growth phase and on-trade is front and centre. This is a high-impact role for someone who can sell and scale Key Responsibilities Grow the brand s presence in bars, pubs, restaurants, and hotelsWin new customers and keep them ordering regularlyBuild relationships with distributors and manage key partnershipsDevelop pricing strategies and commercial termsSet up tools and systems to track and manage salesImprove how the team works with operations, logistics, and marketingRepresent the brand at tastings, events, and trade showsWork closely with the founders on big-picture plans and strategy About You: At least 3 years of experience in sales or commercial roles (ideally in drinks or FMCG)A good understanding of the UK on-trade market and how to succeed in itA track record of winning new business and building long-term relationshipsSomeone who enjoys both selling and improving how things are doneComfortable using data and tools to track progressIndependent and proactiveSomeone who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments This is a key role in a young but ambitious business
