CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator Location: LeatherheadHours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Salary Range: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)Overtime: Available as requiredLate Shift Uplift: 30% uplift for late shifts worked Job Purpose To set, program, and operate 3- to 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision components. The role includes supporting RandD with prototyping and development work, verifying and approving CNC programs using Cimco, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across production processes. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate 3 and 5 axis CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered components.Approve and verify CNC programs using Cimco software.Support RandD teams with prototyping and new product development.Ensure work is completed to the required quality, accuracy, and delivery standards.Conduct first-off inspections and maintain quality control throughout the production run.Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow across production processes.Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized.Collaborate closely with engineers, production staff, and management to meet company objectives. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Essential: Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator in a precision engineering environment.Strong understanding of CNC pr
