We''re looking for a dynamic Soft Services Manager to join our clients team, responsible for ensuring exceptional housekeeping and patient food services across a defined area of hospital sites.In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of housekeeping and patient catering services, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards. You''ll lead and develop teams of Soft Services Team Leaders and operational staff, fostering a positive culture focused on quality, safety and exceptional patient experience.Key responsibilities include monitoring service quality, managing budgets, delivering staff training and development, leading projects, and working closely with clinical colleagues and specialist teams such as Catering, Dietetics and Infection Control. Strong communication skills, leadership capability and the ability to manage resources effectively are essential.Catering experience is a core requirement for this post.
