Catch 22 are working with a national public sector organisation at the heart of the creative and cultural sector to recruit a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join their Estates and Facilities team in Manchester City Centre.Supporting offices across Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle, you''ll help ensure workplace environments remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and welcoming for colleagues and visitors.Key Responsibilities Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance worksManage contractor and supplier relationshipsSupport health and safety, compliance and workplace auditsMaintain facilities records, systems and reportingAssist with office moves, refurbishments projects, workplace set-ups and day-to-day facilities operationsSupport with service charge budgets, leasing, procurement and purchase ordersWork closely with and deputise for the Senior Facilities Manager when required Ideal Applicant Must have experience within commercial facilities managementExperience coordinating maintenance and contractor activitiesStrong organisational and communication skillsGood knowledge of workplace health and safety - IOSH Managing Safely would be beneficialProficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and TeamsAbility to work flexible hours where needed and be available for emergency situationsAble to travel to other sites in Leeds and Newcastle when needed (Usually fortnightly)Customer focused with a collaborative attitude and a desire to build a career within Facilities ..... full job details .....
