The consultant must bring strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration capability, and the ability to engage business stakeholders, define learning strategies, and drive solution adoption. The role requires deep knowledge of the latest Oracle Fusion Learning features, including Learning Assignments, Journeys Integration, Skills Center, Digital Learning integrations, and Oracle Learning REST services. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Implementation Leadership Lead the complete implementation life cycle of Oracle Fusion Learning Management including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
