They''re launching their first dedicated Sales Development Representative function to bridge the gap between marketing engagement and sales conversations. This is an exceptional graduate opportunity to be the founding member of a new team, where you''ll shape processes, develop professionally, and build a clear pathway into sales or account management as the function grows.Location: Central London (Hybrid working - 4 days in the office, Friday working from home)THE SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Connect with prospects who''ve demonstrated initial interest through digital activity, campaigns, or events but aren''t yet ready for full sales discussions, acting as the crucial human touchpoint in their journeyConduct thoughtful discovery conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video to understand business contexts, priorities, and challenges rather than pushing for immediate sales outcomesDetermine the optimal next step for each prospect - whether that''s continued nurturing, further SDR engagement, or progression to a qualified sales meeting with comprehensive handover notesCollaborate closely with both Marketing and Sales teams to refine targeting approaches, improve lead quality, enhance messaging effectiveness, and ensure seamless opportunity transitions THE IDEAL SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE WILL HAVE
