This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive finance team in a varied role where your work will directly support members.Your New RoleAs a Finance Officer, you''ll play a key role in the administration and delivery of a range of schemes. Combining finance administration with customer service, you''ll manage funding applications and payments while providing clear and helpful support.Your responsibilities will include:- Managing applications, awards, payments and withdrawals across a range of funding schemes.- Ensuring funding is awarded accurately and in line with the relevant eligibility criteria and procedures.- Processing payments and associated accounting entries accurately and efficiently.- Maintaining funding records, including applications, queries, payments and adjustments.- Preparing award notifications, payment schedules and communications.- Providing friendly, professional and knowledgeable support to members with funding-related enquiries.- Supporting management reporting, month-end and year-end activities.- Working closely with colleagues across Finance and wider professional services to deliver an excellent experience.- Contributing to improvements in finance processes, procedures and systems.It''s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining ..... full job details .....
