A Director of a global PQS Consultancy is seeking a personable Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their Birmingham office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining a collaborative team of 16 Quantity Surveyors working on a wide array of healthcare, education and residential projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be help assist the Quantity Surveying team across both pre and post contract duties such as, cost planning, producing cost estimates, final accounts and more.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Experience within a PQS / Consultancy experience
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable working in a small team
• Driving licence + car
