A multi-disciplinary PQS consultancy is seeking a well-rounded Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor''s Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing a team of Quantity Surveyors, independently managing their workloads across a wide range of exciting projects.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development activities, gaining valuable experience and developing the skills needed to progress towards Director level.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS is preferred
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Experience as an Associate / Associate Director
• Quantity Surveying background
• Comfortable delivering projects independently
• Worked within a PQS / Construction consultancy environment
• Client facing
