We are assisting them in their search for a Site Manager for a project involving strip out, roof and plant replacement followed by a CAT B fit-out over 4 floors, with a project value of £3m. The first initial work that the Site Manager will deliver is the strip out works along with replacing the roof and plant, which will total to just over £1m, the Project Manager on site 2-3 days per week in a supporting role.
