• Process supplier invoices accurately and maintain clear payment records.
• Check invoice details against supporting documents to help keep records complete.
• Prepare payment information for review and ensure it is recorded correctly.
• Respond to supplier payment queries and provide clear updates.
• Reconcile supplier statements with accounts payable records and investigate differences.
• Maintain organised invoice files and supporting documentation.
• Update finance systems with invoice and payment information.
• Work with the wider Accounting & Finance team to resolve invoice issues promptly.

Profile

A successful ''Accounts Payable'' should have:

• Experience of processing supplier invoices and maintaining payment records.
• Confidence checking invoice details and supporting documentation.
• Ability to reconcile supplier statements and identify discrepancies.
• Experience handling supplier queries in a clear and professional manner.
• Good attention to detail when entering and reviewing financial information.
• Ability to keep records organised and manage day-to-day priorities.

Job Offer

• Temporary Accounts Payable assignment.
• Hourly pay of -18 to -20, dependent on the level of experience.
