Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: -26,000 per annum
Working arrangements: Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office) and flexibility

Flora Partners are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a friendly and supportive finance team based in Redditch.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous accounts payable or invoice processing experience who is looking to build on their existing skills or simply enjoy a better work-life balance.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will support the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
• Handling supplier queries and liaising with internal departments.
• Supporting supplier statement reconciliations.
• Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and authorised.
• Assisting with payment runs and maintaining accurate supplier records.
• Identifying and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider finance team.

Ideally, you will:

• Have previous accounts payable, purchase ledger or invoice processing experience.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be organised and able to manage your own workload.
• Have good communication skills and be confident handling queries.
• Be comfortable using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Enjoy working as part of a team whilst also being able to work independently.
• Have a positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
