Workshop Support Technician Roles and Responsibilities: Respond professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels Provide technical advice, product guidance and troubleshooting support to retail and trade customers Advise customers on restoration services, product availability, lead times and returns procedures Promote relevant products, upgrades and alternative solutions to maximise sales opportunities Process customer orders accurately using the company''s computer systems Communicate order delays, stock shortages and unavailable parts to customers Maintain accurate customer records and order information Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services Support Sales Assistants in developing their product and mechanical knowledge Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction Escalate customer concerns and complex technical queries to the Customer Service Manager when required Assist other departments during busy periods to support business operations Report unsafe working practices and faulty equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Workshop Support Technician The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in customer service, sales or technical support Strong mechanical aptitude and an ..... full job details .....
