Pertemps are recruiting for Administrators to join our public sector client’s Housing team. 


Role – Administrator (Housing) 
Location – Gilmerton area of Edinburgh (EH17) 
Hours – Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week 
Pay rate - £14.51 per hour
Duration – Temporary ongoing
Start date – immediately 


The successful applicant will be required to apply for a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland at a cost of £25. 


The role will involve:

• Supporting Housing Officers with administration duties 
• Contacting tenants to arrange meter readings 
• Arranging for properties to be emptied when they become vacant 
• Arranging for maintenance works to be carried out 
• Updating systems with accurate information 
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing legal documentation
• Attending site visits when required
• Any other tasks as required 

You should have excellent customer service skills, previous administration experience and be comfortable with MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel). 


Full training will be provided to the successful candidates.
