Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit for an Administrator on a temporary basis. 


Role – Administrator 
Location – Edinburgh City Centre (fully office-based role)
Hours – Monday to Thursday 0830 – 1700, Friday 0830 – 1555 (65 unpaid break daily)
Start date – asap
Duration – temporary, ongoing
Pay rate - £14.51 per hour


The successful candidate will be joining an established licensing team to support with applications.  You will be carrying out, but not be limited to:
Managing a mailbox
Processing applications
Updating databases
Requesting documentation 
Creating licences 
Responding to enquiries 
Any other tasks as required 


You should have previous admin experience, be comfortable with MS Excel and have good attention to detail.
